This allows you to visit our store, see the products firsthand, and pay using your preferred method—whether by card or cash. It's the perfect blend of online convenience and in-store reassurance.
Customers may send a request for a return or refund if the item received was damaged as a result of faulty workmanship or it was not what the customer had ordered. This request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. At that point, the customer may choose to either have us fix the issue or get a refund of the cost of the item (not inclusive of delivery charges).
